Key Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare, generate learning report, and support the development and maintenance of dashboards to provide insights into learning effectiveness, programme performance, and learner engagement.</li><li>Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance efficiency in reporting, data analysis, content creation, and learning administration.</li><li>Maintain the accuracy and quality of learning data through data validation, cleansing, and regular audits to support reliable reporting and decision-making.</li><li>Support the tracking and analysis of learning metrics to evaluate programme effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.</li><li>Assist in the administration and maintenance of learning systems and tools, ensuring smooth course launches, accurate learner records, and a positive user experience.</li><li>Support the onboarding of HR Learning Representatives and users on the Learning Management System (LMS), including system navigation, user guidance, and basic troubleshooting.</li><li>Develop learning communications and promotional materials, including Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns, to drive awareness and engagement.</li><li>Support learning operations, programme administration, and training logistics to ensure the smooth delivery of learning initiatives and activities.</li><li>Assist Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in implementing and maintaining learning content aligned with business and organisational needs.</li><li>Undertake ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul> Qualifications, Skills & Experience<ul><li>Background in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI.</li><li>Familiarity with data analytics, reporting, dashboarding, or data visualisation concepts.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.</li><li>Proficient in AI, digital technologies, and their application in learning and business processes.</li><li>Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy when handling data and reports.</li><li>Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions.</li></ul> Our Culture at SembcorpAt Sembcorp, our culture is shaped by a strong set of shared behaviours that guide the way we work and uphold our commitment to driving the energy transition.
