Support Production Setup: Assist in the establishment and optimization of new production structures, contributing to the development of efficient workflows and processes.

Quality Assurance: Participate in the inspection and quality control processes to ensure that avionics products meet industry standards and specifications, with a focus on helping shape these new procedures.

Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining detailed records of newly developed production processes, test results, and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Technical Support: Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the initial phases of production setup, working closely with engineers and technicians.

Process Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative production processes, influencing the development of efficient and scalable systems.

Data Analysis: Analyse early-stage production data to monitor performance, identify trends, and assist in making informed decisions to optimize the evolving production workflows.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to help build and refine the production environment.

Inventory Management: Assist in setting up inventory management systems for components and materials, ensuring efficient supply chain operations as production scales up.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards, contributing to the establishment of a safe and compliant working environment.
Your Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a degree in production engineering, aerospace engineering, electronics engineering, mechanical engineering or an equivalent qualification

Basic knowledge of avionics systems, electronics, or related technologies. Familiarity with CAD software, circuit design, or embedded systems is a plus.

Previous experience or coursework related to manufacturing, production processes, or avionics systems is advantageous but not required.
