Your internship activities will include- but are not limited to – the following tasks:

Shadow AGBL senior Engineer during installation & commissioning of instrumentation at customers’ sites.
Learn how to perform all maintenance works for installed instrumentations.
Follow the SOPs related to service and maintenance calls.
Understand, learn then perform user training.
Maintain records of all installed instrumentation in the region with complete history of failures, repairs and maintenance as well as schedules of all services performed.
Build the knowledge on how to liaise with AGBL technical and marketing teams at the regional offices to offer the necessary support to distribution partners & customers and fully service their accounts.
Attend and comprehend technical training sessions and be able to provide the necessary technical support and back up to customers
Start to build a strong customer relationship and Database
Be an active member to turn the service department into a profit center by contributing ideas to design attractive service plans & fees schedule for technical services department
