Key Responsibilities
Payment Processing: Assist in processing payments for internal and third-party vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
Invoice Reconciliation: Help to reconcile invoices and payments to maintain accurate financial records.
Data Management: Enter billing and payment records into various systems to ensure up-to-date financial information.
Shipment Data Validation: Validate incoming shipment data for accurate billing process.
Reporting: Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports with guidance from the seniors.
Confidentiality Maintenance: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
Key Requirements
Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economy or a relevant field.
Available for a 6-month internship.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong Written and Verbal English communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
Available to join us in August/September 2026 onwards.
