Intern Finance & Procurement
Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Retailer)
Porsche Singapore is offering an internship opportunity for the position of Finance & Procurement Intern within its Finance Team. The successful intern will support the Finance Team in various day-to-day finance operations and procurement activities.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, issuing receipts, and updating transactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Support transaction data processing related to service package claims by handling data collection, entry, administration, verification, processing claims, and reporting on claim activities.
- Assist in the setup of systems and workflows for procurement related to workshop and aftersales job orders, ensuring smooth transaction data processing.
- Support the procurement process using the Dealer Management System (DMS), including tasks such as vendor creation, tender process, and facilitating of purchase request (PR) approvals.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Supply Chain or any other relevant studies
- Past internship experience preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently.
- Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
Internship Duration: Nov/Dec 2026 – June/Jul 2027 (Negotiable)
