- Design and develop AI-powered workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Create, execute, and maintain AI test cases to validate functionality, accuracy, performance, and reliability of AI solutions.
- Support the delivery of the AI Catalyst program by assisting with implementation activities, stakeholder engagement, documentation, training, and ongoing project coordination.
