Summary
Intern supporting the insurance operations team at PETRONAS, handling policy administration, coverage reviews, and stakeholder coordination.
- Assist the Corporate, Renewables and Other (CRO) Team in the daily administration and operations of insurance programs.
- Support the review and assessment of insurance coverage across all insurance programs.
- Liaise with internal departments, subsidiaries, insurance brokers, and insurance companies as required.
- Attend meetings and assist in preparing Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Register invoices and monitor premium payment status with the CRO team, internal departments, and subsidiaries.
- Assist in the issuance of back-charging premium allocations to Operating Units (OPUs).
- Ensure proper filing and record management of insurance policies, invoices, and endorsements.
- Compile underwriting information, claims data, and other supporting documents for insurance program renewals.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed by the Supervisor.
