Summary
Intern supports petroleum engineering teams by analyzing technical data, coordinating projects, and maintaining reports in Kuala Lumpur.
- Technical and Data Analysis Support
- Gather, validate, and analyze technical, production, and reservoir data.
- Assist with engineering evaluations, performance monitoring, and project studies.
- Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and management reports.
- Project Coordination and Documentation
- Support project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for asset and development projects.
- Prepare meeting materials, minutes of meetings (MoM), action trackers, and presentations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Continuous Improvement
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand operational and business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and document best practices.
- Contribute to benchmarking studies, special analyses, and strategic departmental initiatives.
