Summary
Intern supports talent development by analyzing competency data, maintaining databases, and assisting with capability programs and reports for PETRONAS.
- Compile and analyse competency bench strength data of talents across PETRONAS Business Skill Groups.
- Maintain and update data, records, and information in relevant capability portals and databases.
- Prepare presentation slides, reports, and promotional materials to support capability initiatives.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of capability development programmes, workshops, and events.
- Assist in administrative, reporting, and data management activities related to talent capability development.
