Our central Belonging team fosters an inclusive and high-performing culture where every employee feels welcomed, can reach their full potential, and is empowered to contribute their best. Belonging at DHL Group encompasses Inclusive Work Environment (IWE), Health & Wellbeing (H&W), and Engagement & Recognition.
Together, we bring our global Belonging positioning to life by developing innovative approaches that strengthen a sense of belonging and support our ambition to be the Employer of Choice.

A key focus of this internship is the development of state-of-the-art communication formats, the visual design of strategic content, and the analysis and measurement of our global Belonging initiatives.

To support our team, we are looking for creative and analytically minded students who enjoy combining design with data and translating complex topics into engaging, visually compelling, and impactful communication.

Your responsibilities
You will support our central DEIB team in implementing our global Belonging positioning and contribute to international projects across our strategic focus areas: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Health & Wellbeing, and Engagement & Recognition.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and further developing high-quality communication materials such as presentations, one-pagers, infographics, digital campaigns, and other communication assets.
Creating and designing content for our internal communication channels and digital platforms while supporting the development of new communication formats and innovative approaches that bring Belonging to life for employees around the world – in line with our Corporate Design Guidelines.
Supporting the analysis of Belonging, Engagement, and Health & Wellbeing metrics, preparing data-driven insights, and deriving actionable recommendations.
Supporting the creation of dashboards, reports, and management presentations to measure the success of our global initiatives.
Conducting market, trend, and benchmark analyses on Belonging, Health & Wellbeing, Engagement & Recognition, and internal communications.
Collaborating with international stakeholders from HR, Corporate Communications, and other business functions.

Your profile
  • Mandatory or voluntary internship as part of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Business Administration, Communication Design, Media Design, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a comparable field.

  • Creativity, initiative, and a high standard of quality.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English.

What we offer
