WinGD Intern Health & Safety (m/f/d) 80-100%

Support the restructuring program for occupational safety and health at the site.
Prepare, participate in, and follow up monthly Safety Day workshops.
Develop detailed safety and environmental protection processes from workshop concepts through management system documentation and approval.
Support EHS reporting and KPI tracking.
Research legal, regulatory, and normative requirements related to occupational safety, health, environment and technology.
Coordinate stakeholders across departments.
Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 related activities and certifications.

Education or ongoing studies in a technical field.
Interest or initial experience in quality, occupational safety, environmental, or process management.
Interest in regulatory compliance and risk management.
Knowledge of Swiss occupational safety requirements is an advantage.
Digital mindset, proactive attitude, structured work approach, flexibility and teamwork.
German and English language skills.
Knowledge of software solutions and automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate is beneficial.
