- Employer Branding: Support initiatives and campaigns to strengthen our brand presence and attract top talent.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
- Learning & Development (L&D): Help coordinate training sessions, prepare materials, and track development programs.
- Internship Program Management: Gain hands-on experience managing the full internship lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
- General HR Support: Assist the HR team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Commitment: Available for a 5-month full-time internship.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid setup (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).
