KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support headcount reconciliation and HR data accuracy
- Assist in employee relations and grievance handling
- Join ER visits and leadership engagement activities
- Help with recruitment drives and onboarding
- Coordinate training, events, and HR admin tasks
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR or Management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with MS Office
Organized, discreet, and eager to learn
Team player with a proactive attitude
