KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the company's Training & Development initiatives.
- Involve in Employee Relations related activities.
- Responsible for managing relevant data.
- Support with general administration activities and the projects.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Following a degree in HRM / Business Management / Business Administration.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Excellent team working ability.
