Summary
Intern in IQVIA’s Clinical Site Activation team in Zagreb, Croatia, learning clinical trial procedures and protocols through training and supervised tasks, with potential to transition into a Clinical Research Associate role.
IQVIA Croatia is looking to hire an Intern to support our clinical activities.
Position is full time, with 6 months fix term contract, office based in Zagreb.
The program is designed to educate Interns on Clinical Trial procedures and protocols within Clinical Site Activation (CSA) department, but will also cover the Clinical Research Associate (CRA) role.
The training is performed through online and in office training, mentoring by our seniors employees and by performing supervised tasks within the scope of work.
When the Internship is successfully finished, the Intern should have a good overview of the world of Clinical Trials, CSA and CRA roles and responsibilities and be ready for their next career step.
Planned start of the internship is mid September 2026.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences preferred
- Fluency in Croatian and English language is a must
- Good communication skills and strong motivation to pursue a career in clinical trials environment
- General knowledge on and interest in pharma industry, Clinical Research and CRO companies
- Available to work as office based (working hours: 9:00-17:00 Mon-Fri)
