In this role, you will support the team in improving security review processes, checking security documents, updating standards and building simple dashboards or automation to make work clearer and more efficient. You will learn how cyber security supports a real business, work with different teams and gain hands-on experience in a regulated financial services environment.</span></font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font color="#0d0d0d"><span><b><br /></b></span></font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font color="#0d0d0d"><span><b>Responsibilities:</b></span></font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font color="#0d0d0d"><span>•Help map and improve TISO workflows such as security review intake, vulnerability tracking and reporting, so that the team can work faster and more consistently.</span></font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font color="#0d0d0d"><span>•Support security reviews by helping to check solution designs, change requests and project documents and summarising key risks or gaps for the team.</span></font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font color="#0d0d0d"><span>•Review security artefacts submitted by project, application and infrastructure teams to ensure they are complete, clear and aligned to required standards.</span></font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font color="#0d0d0d"><span>•Assist in updating security standards, checklists and templates so they stay relevant, easy to use and aligned with Singlife’s policies and regulatory expectations.</span></font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font color="#0d0d0d"><span>•Help prepare simple security metrics, dashboards or reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Automate or other digital tools to improve visibility for stakeholders.</span></font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><br /></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font color="#0d0d0d"><span><b>Requirements:</b></span></font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font color="#0d0d0d"><span>1.Education: Currently pursuing a diploma in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.</span></font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font color="#0d0d0d"><span>2.Skills: Comfortable with basic digital tools such as Excel or PowerPoint; exposure to scripting, automation, Power BI, Power Automate or AI tools would be a plus.</span></font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font color="#0d0d0d"><span>3.Interest: Curious about cyber security, technology risk, AI, automation and how organisations protect their systems and data.</span></font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font color="#0d0d0d"><span>4.Mindset: Eager to learn, detail-oriented and willing to ask questions, try new ideas and solve problems in a practical way.</span></font></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p><font color="#0d0d0d"></font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font color="#0d0d0d"><span>5.Teamwork: Able to work well with others, communicate clearly and take ownership of tasks while being open to guidance and feedback.</span></font></p><div><br /></div><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p><br /></p>
