Intern, Investment Services (6-months)
Summary
6-month onsite internship in private banking supporting investment services, including due diligence, factsheet updates, and tool automation with MS Office and bilingual translation tasks.
Please note that this is a 6 months full time onsite internship starting in early October 2026.
Key Accountabilities
- Update of marketing presentations
- Coordinate Weekly Investment meetings / Daily market wraps / Advisory dailies etc
- Maintain ongoing due diligence on securities in DPM portfolios
- Update of factsheets for the securities.
- Assist in development of some IT tools to automate the DPM trade process.
- Provide fund-related admin support.
- Assist advisory team in preparation of portfolio review presentations
- Assist advisory team in corporate actions
- Assist with translating documents and materials from English to Chinese
- Ensure translations are clear and accurate
- Support internal teams by providing Chinese versions of English content for communication, reporting and presentations.
Competencies / Experience
- Undergraduate, with a keen interest in the Private Banking industry.
- Major in Finance or Economics related course.
- Attention to details, with strong analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Expertise in handling MS Office applications (PowerPoint and excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills, with great teamwork spirit
- Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal) to handle translation responsibilities
