In this role, you will gain valuable exposure to the management of HSSE in large-scale industrial development and construction projects across the region. You will work closely with the Head of HSSE to support the implementation of HSSE initiatives, governance systems, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement programmes.</span></font></p><ul><li><font color="#000000" face="Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:DarwinSans;">HSSE Project Support: Support the execution of HSSE activities for industrial and urban development projects. Assist in monitoring HSSE performance, identifying gaps, and proposing improvement measures to enhance project safety outcomes.</span></font></li><li><font color="#000000" face="Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:DarwinSans;">Safety Governance System Development: Assist in the development and implementation of the IUS Safety Governance System. Support the review of policies, procedures, standards, and guidance materials, and work with stakeholders to facilitate deployment across project sites.</span></font></li><li><font color="#000000" face="Arial, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px;font-family:DarwinSans;">HSSE Monitoring and Assurance: Support safety inspections, audits, and performance reviews.
