Summary
An internship (starting January 2027) with the City of West Des Moines Parks department, assisting the Landscape Architect, Park Planner, and Superintendent of Parks with planning and design of parks, greenways, and other city properties. Open to students enrolled in a Landscape Architecture or related program with three years of completed coursework.

Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Superintendent of Parks, the Landscape Architect Intern assists the Landscape Architect, Park Planner and Superintendent of Parks with duties related to park, greenway and other City property planning and design.
This is an internship which is not a permanent position and is being made available for individuals seeking work experience prior to graduating from an accredited college/university.
