Intern, Marketing & Business Development

We are looking for a Marketing & Development Intern to support our team in executing impactful marketing and business development initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience across various marketing and business development channels, content creation, and event planning within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives for the Health Connective Programme, including identifying and reaching out to potential GP clinics, partners, and collaborators.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, partnership prospects, and industry trends.
• Support the preparation of business development materials such as pitch decks, partnership proposals, and outreach communications.
• Assist in tracking and managing leads, partnerships, and pipeline activities using internal tools or trackers.
• Support the execution of engagement initiatives (e.g. GP onboarding, partner briefings, networking sessions, events) to drive participation in Health Connective.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, clinical teams) to align on partnership opportunities and programme value propositions.
• Assist in analysing performance metrics (e.g. referral volumes, partner activity) to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing business development and content marketing projects and partnerships.

Who Are We Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with design tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve project deliverables
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
