Intern - Marketing (Media & Strategy)

Your Role in Our Mission

The Media & Strategy Intern is where a marketing career actually begins — not by watching from the sidelines, but by working alongside performance marketers who spend real budgets across global platforms. This 6-month internship gives you a front-row seat to how paid media decisions are made at a scaling fintech: how campaigns are structured, why creatives get tested, how data becomes strategy, and what it takes to run marketing that moves numbers. You'll support the team wherever hands are needed, learn the craft from people doing it daily, and leave with skills that few marketers your stage possess.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Campaign Monitoring & Performance Reporting

  • Monitor live campaigns daily, identify winners and losers based on shared KPIs, and flag performance issues to the team.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports using provided templates.

  • Compile ad hoc reports when new offers or product features go live, and ensure live ads are aligned with current messaging.

Campaign Launch & QA

  • Launch campaigns on assigned platforms following step-by-step instructions, including a pre-launch QA check.

  • Support QA of live campaigns, checking tracking, tagging, and creative deployment for accuracy.

Operational Support & Organisation

  • Maintain campaign trackers, update ClickUp tasks, and keep creative and copy assets organised.

  • Support senior team members with campaign setup, targeting configuration, and creative uploads as needed.

Learning & Team Contribution

  • Complete structured training across all areas before taking independent ownership of tasks.

  • Take ownership of small assignments end-to-end and deliver them cleanly within deadlines.

  • Contribute to team knowledge-sharing sessions and internal documentation as you build expertise.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with all academic courses completed at the time of application.

  • Genuine interest in performance marketing, paid media, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for basic data handling.

  • Exposure to digital marketing concepts through coursework, certifications, personal projects is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Analytics (through coursework, self-study, or Google/Meta certifications) is a strong plus.

  • Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Your X-Factor

  • You're hungry to learn the craft, not just to add a line to your CV. You ask questions, take notes, and revisit what you didn't understand the first time.

  • You bring reliability to small tasks. If you're asked to pull a report by 10am, it's ready at 9:55.

  • You're curious about ads in the wild. You screenshot campaigns you find interesting, wonder why they work, and want to build ones like them.

  • You handle feedback well and iterate fast. You'd rather be corrected today than repeat a mistake tomorrow.

Your Pay & Perks

  • Monthly stipend: BDT 10,000.

  • Six months of hands-on exposure to global paid media campaigns at a scaling fintech.

  • Direct mentorship from experienced performance marketers.

  • Access to on-site amenities.

  • Post-internship continuation may be considered based on business needs and performance during the internship.

Your Daily Source of Energy

  • Subsidized lunch

  • Unlimited tea & coffee

  • Vending machine credits
