Intern (Marketing & Operations)

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a highly motivated Intern to join our team and work closely with teams across product, operations, and growth. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real startup experience and directly impact how beauty businesses and customers interact.

What you’ll do:

• Support day-to-day startup operations and strategic initiatives
  
• Assist in onboarding and supporting partners
  
• Help improve customer experience and platform usability
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  
• Collaborate on marketing, growth, and user acquisition efforts
  

Requirements

• Strong interest in startups, tech, marketplaces, or beauty industry
  
• Self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  
• Basic understanding of digital tools (CRM, Notion, etc.)
  
• (nice to have):
  • Experience with social media, marketing, or customer support
    
  • Exposure to product management or UX thinking
