WHO WE ARE:

At *SCAPE, we offer a holistic network of programmes, communities, and facilities to support youth in their pursuit of interests and passion areas. Together with our partners, we inspire and empower our youth to discover boundless possibilities.
YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
- Support the planning and execution of Wildcard membership campaigns, promotions and engagement initiatives.
- Assist in developing content for digital and on-site channels.
- Support tenant promotions and retail marketing campaigns to drive awareness and footfall.
- Assist with campaign tracking, data analysis and performance reporting.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with basic copywriting ability.
- Good attention to detail, especially when managing campaign assets, promotional materials, website content and tenant offers.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of youth consumer trends, customer journeys and digital behaviour.
- Basic proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar content creation tools.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar systems would be an advantage.
- Strong interest in membership marketing, loyalty programmes, retail marketing and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Interest in youth culture, lifestyle brands, events and consumer marketing.
