Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our team and assist in Sustainability Department. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for active student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Under supervision and with guidance, you will be involved in learning and assisting with:

  • Assist in data collection, monitoring, and analysis for sustainability programs.
  • Support research on renewable energy initiatives, including conversion of diesel-powered equipment to electric.
  • Participate in CSR and community development activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the department.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Currently enrolled as an active university student (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree) throughout the internship period
• Active university student (D3/D4/S1) from a relevant major, such as Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sustainability, CSR, and renewable energy.
• Internship placement is available in McDermott Batam and the minimum duration should be done in 6 Months.
• Applicants should not be participating in another internship program.
• Applicants should have strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions.
