Intern - Mission Services (3017)
Summary:
Interns will participate in on-the-job training within our nationally recognized social enterprise network, gaining essential work readiness skills, exploring career interests, and building confidence in a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured work assignments aligned with individual career goals.
- Follow work schedules, workplace policies, and assigned tasks at the designated employment site.
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
- Engage in hands-on learning experiences across various industries, including retail, supply chain, customer service, clerical support, maintenance, or hospitality.
- Communicate regularly with the assigned job coach and site supervisor to review progress and receive feedback.
- Attend any required orientations, trainings, or career readiness sessions.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with the department's needs.
