Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the team as an Intern-Planning. This role will enable you to support the planning team in capacity planning, production scheduling, and data management activities while gaining exposure to manufacturing planning processes and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Planning team in collecting and updating planning-related information from relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of loading plans, production schedules, and capacity utilization reports.
  • Help monitor production progress and update planning systems with accurate information.
  • Assist in coordinating with merchandising, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to gather required data.
  • Support the analysis of production performance reports and identify deviations for review by the planning team.
  • Maintain accurate records in planning tools, SAP, and other relevant systems.
  • Prepare routine reports and presentations for team reviews and meetings.
  • Attend planning, merchandising, and production meetings to gain understanding of planning processes.
  • Assist in compiling data required for management decision-making.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and other departmental projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Mathematics Statistics, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management & Business Analytics or related fields.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
