Eli Lilly Limerick

Lilly is currently constructing a Next Generation Biotech Drug Substance Manufacturing Facility in Limerick, Ireland. This facility will be Lilly’s most technically advanced manufacturing site and will include next-generation manufacturing technologies and advanced data collection and analysis platforms that will deliver improvements in safety and quality, and increased productivity and process performance.

As an intern in the automation department of our new facility, you will:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Operational Readiness Preparation under direction of Lilly Engineers
• PIVision Development for Data monitoring during PSQ/PQ and PV
• Support Equipment Implementation: Help with PSQ execution alongside Process Engineering Team.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including standard work instructions and single use drawings.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Quality, FUME through various forums
