Intern Procurement Transformation Analyst
Drive data-led innovation in Procurement by analyzing complex enterprise datasets, driving high-impact business analytics & reporting, and building process automations. Responsibilities:
- Business Process & Automation: Design, build, and optimize automated end-to-end Business Workflows to streamline enterprise procurement processes.
- Business Intelligence& Data Modeling: Build and update interactive dashboards to monitor operational procurement metrics and key supplier performance indicators.
- Procurement Analytics& Gap Analysis: Conduct data studies on procurement workflows, comparing business process requirements against available datasets to identify data gaps and uncover operational optimization opportunities.
- Portal Design & User Experience (UX): Architect intuitive, well-structured digital workspaces and web interfaces that streamline team collaboration, content organization, and regional user adoption.
- Cross-Functional Project Management: Facilitate project alignment and gain exposure to end-to-end project management in an enterprise setting.
- Explore and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, automation solutions, and digital workplace capabilities.
- Take ownership of a small transformation or analytics project and present recommendations to stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or related tech-business disciplines.
- Data Visualization & Reporting: Understanding of dashboard design principles and data storytelling (e.g., using Power BI or Excel to represent business metrics clearly).
- Process Optimization & Mapping: Ability to map business workflows, identify process bottlenecks, and suggest digital improvements.
- Low-CodeAutomation Fundamentals: Conceptual understanding or hands-on interest in translating manual steps into automated workflows (e.g., using Power Automate)
