Course Eligibility: Bsc in Science, Analytical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Science or similar
This role will provide hands-on experience within the Quality Assurance (QA) Department, offering valuable insights into the pharmaceutical industry. The intern will support various QA activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and company policies. Please note that the intern will not perform any GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) activities.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of documentation and maintenance of QA systems and processes.
Support the preparation of QA documentation, including (but not limited to) Procedures and Work Instructions.
Participate in the preparation for internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Assist in the management and archiving of QA records and documents.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA department.
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Detail oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Demonstrates initiative with the ability to work proactively without direct supervision and with a continuous improvement mind-set.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous experience or coursework in quality assurance or regulatory affairs.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory guidelines.
