What are your contributions to the team?

• Participate in the validation of quality requirements and records related to subassemblies.
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.
• Develop tools and methods to optimize Quality Department activities.
• Generate metrics, reports, and presentations related to activity progress and performance.
• Follow up on assigned actions and ensure compliance with departmental objectives.
• Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

• You have recently graduated in Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• You have knowledge in manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• You ahve academic or professional experience in technical documentation analysis.
• You have experience participating in continuous improvement projects.
• You hold an advanced English proficinecy level
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications ( PowerPoint, Word, Advanced Excel, Power Bi).
• You hold strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• You know about problem solving methodologies.
• You feel comfortable in a teamwork and collaboration environment.
