Please note that this position is specifically intended for students seeking a Polytechnic Internship. Professional Summary: Join Singlife as a Test Management & QA Reporting Intern and support our Technology Centre of Excellence team in keeping project testing clear, organised and on track. In this role, you will learn how testing works in real projects, help turn data into useful reports and work with tools such as Excel, JIRA, Xray, Zephyr, RTM and Confluence. This internship is a good fit for someone who is curious, detail-oriented and keen to learn how technology teams deliver quality digital solutions. Responsibilities:•Support daily test management activities by helping the team track testing progress, test execution and defect updates.•Collect, organise and update testing data from different project teams so reports are accurate and easy to understand.•Prepare simple Excel trackers, reports and dashboards for project updates and leadership reporting.•Use tools such as JIRA, Xray, Zephyr, RTM and Confluence to update testing information and documentation.•Spot missing information or data gaps early and raise them to the team so issues can be followed up quickly. Requirements:•Education: Currently pursuing a diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business IT or a related field.•Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and keen to learn testing and project tools such as JIRA, Xray, Zephyr, RTM and Confluence.•Interest: Curious about technology, software testing, digital projects and how teams use data to make better decisions.•Mindset: Detail-oriented, willing to ask questions, open to feedback and ready to learn by doing.•Teamwork: Able to communicate clearly, work well with others and support the team in a positive and reliable way.
