KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively understanding technology requirements of new projects & growth platforms and develop innovative approaches in solving technological challenges to generate meaningful resolutions.

  • Support in the development of virtual & physical prototypes both internally & with partners to create open innovative technology products that can be converted to realistic investment opportunities.

  • Drive technology, method, and consistency validation enabling smooth scale-up from development to bulk manufacturing.

  • Perform machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities for new technology platforms.

  • Research & understand adoptable technology and identify potential partners to work with in a collaborative fashion to ensure optimal productivity.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Undergraduate or Graduate in BSc Engineering specializing in Textile and Clothing Technology, BSc (Hons) in Polymer Chemistry or NDT in Textile and Clothing Technology.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to efficiently manage documents, data, and presentations.

  • Ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and professional manner, both verbally and in writing, to engage stakeholders and ensure alignment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing positively to shared goals and supporting overall team success.
