Intern, Sales Operations & Systems
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia is looking for a high-caliber Sales Operations & Systems Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Operations & Systems team to support sales performance initiatives, system-related processes, reporting, and campaign execution. You will gain exposure to both strategic planning and day-to-day retail operations, helping drive market share through data-driven insights and process excellence.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Operations\: Support the execution and optimization of sales operations including front-liners and backend support.
Sales Process Optimization\: Identify and implement efficiencies within core sales workflows to reduce friction in the sales journey.
Reporting & Data Sanitization\: Ensure the integrity of sales data through rigorous cleaning, transformation, and validation processes to support executive decision-making.
Strategic Support\: Facilitate departmental sales events and provide analytical support for broader sales operations.
Agile Operational Support\: Facilitate departmental sales events and execute high-priority ad-hoc tasks with a focus on agility and results.
