Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. (MBV), a joint venture with the German-based Mercedes-Benz AG and SAMCO, was incorporated on the 14th of April in 1995. MBV has been tasked with the assembly and distribution of passenger cars. Since our foundation in 1995, we have been a key player in the local automotive industry, especially in the luxury segment.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible intern who is excited to learn and support key operational processes such as order management, importation, and documentation handling. As a Sales Ordering & Distribution Intern, your responsibilities will include\:
- Manage orders in COMSYS and prepare related reports as required
- Support CBU importation processes, including preparing import documents
- Verify invoices to ensure alignment with contracts and order information
- Handle vehicle documentation, including arranging and archiving release documents
- Coordinate with Finance & Controlling (FC) for e-invoice issuance
- Prepare and process vehicle documents for dealers
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks as assigned
