Key Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the preparation and development of mechanical system designs, including ACMV, plumbing, and fire protection systems.</li><li>Support the assigned mentor in performing basic mechanical design calculations.</li><li>Use REVIT/Autocad to produce schematic and detail BIM models/2D drawings as directed by mentor. </li><li>Perform computer simulations & calculations e.g. FDS, SprinkCal as directed by mentor.</li><li>Write simple program to automate engineering calculations as directed by mentor e.g. Excel macro & generative BIM model. </li><li>Attend & assist mentor with project meetings & site inspection.</li></ul> Qualifications, Skills & Experience<ul><li>Background in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent</li><li>Basic understanding of mechanical engineering concepts, building services systems and codes requirements.</li><li>Familiarity with AutoCAD, VB/Python programing, Revit is an advantage</li><li>Strong willingness to learn mechanical design calculations and engineering tools.</li><li>Good teamwork and communication skills for working in a multidisciplinary environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward solving problems.</li><li>Due to the sensitive nature of the project, only Singaporean candidates will be considered</li></ul> Our Culture at SembcorpAt Sembcorp, our culture is shaped by a strong set of shared behaviours that guide the way we work and uphold our commitment to driving the energy transition.
