About the role
We’re looking for a Intern Site Reliability Engineer to join a team working on cloud-based infrastructure and large-scale datacenter operations.
The role focuses on monitoring and troubleshooting hardware issues in remote datacenters, developing preventive solutions, and supporting the reliability of infrastructure. You’ll also work on automation, maintenance tools, and acceptance testing for infrastructure deployments.
This is a great opportunity for a junior engineer to gain hands-on experience with networking technologies, PowerShell, Azure, automation, and infrastructure reliability, while working closely with experienced engineers and gradually taking on more responsibility.

Requirements
  • Basic understanding of networking technologies, including BGP, TCP/IP, ARP, DHCP, and HTTP
  • Basic practical experience with PowerShell
  • Familiarity with Azure
  • Ability to investigate and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills and ability to clearly explain questions, findings, and progress
  • Self-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Comfortable asking questions and receiving technical feedback
  • English sufficient for working effectively in an international engineering environment
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with datacenter infrastructure
  • Experience with scripting or automation
  • Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and reliability practices

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and troubleshoot hardware issues in remote datacenters
  • Investigate incidents and help develop preventive solutions to avoid recurring issues
  • Develop and maintain software tools for infrastructure maintenance
  • Automate server blade maintenance and troubleshooting using PowerShell
  • Support and maintain Azure cloud-based infrastructure
  • Assist with global datacenter operations
  • Support switch deployments by implementing and executing acceptance tests
  • Investigate system behavior and identify opportunities to improve reliability
  • Explore new technologies and best practices to enhance system performance and reliability
  • Gradually take ownership of larger technical tasks as experience grows
