Get to Know the Role
The MALTA team at Grab focuses on creating and refining the software foundations and infrastructure for all Grab mobile apps. We follow principles of building scalable mobile architectures, consolidating reusable software assets, using automation, and driving continuous delivery for mobile applications.
You will report to the Software Engineering Manager II. This is a paid internship role and is based onsite in Petaling Jaya.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will develop and test backend services.
- You will participate in code reviews to help improve the overall quality of the codebase.
- You will collaborate with teams to identify and define project requirements.
- You will maintain technical documentation for backend systems and architecture.
- You will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues.
