RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads
- Follow up with those who have requested insurance information
- Schedule appointments and connect interested prospects with our licensed team members
- Keep lead information and call notes updated in our system
- Participate in sales training and learn professional communication skills
- Help our team with occasional marketing and lead-generation projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently
- Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external parties
