Intern, Stress Engineering - Final Assembly Line (Winter 2027)
Description
What are your contributions to the team?
Assist in conducting stress analysis and evaluations of aerospace structures, components, and systems using established engineering principles, mechanics of materials, and finite element analysis (FEA) techniques.
Collaborate with stress engineers and other team members to analyse and interpret data and provide design improvements or modifications and resolve issues related to structural integrity, performance, and safety of the product.
Support the preparation of technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate analysis results to internal and external stakeholders.
Utilise relevant software tools, such as NASTRAN, Hyper Works, or other stress analysis software, to perform stress analysis and simulations. Support in preparing and organising in-house stress tools and references.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, manufacturing engineers, and quality engineers to ensure the success of the project.
Follow safety protocols and practices in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
