Intern Student Social Worker | PRN

Under the direct supervision of a license clinical social worker, the Student Social Worker will provide psychosocial support to patients and families or significant others so they can cope with chronic, acute, or terminal illness. May advise family caregivers, counsel patients within their scope of practice, and help plan for discharge needs including arranging for in-home care and/or equipment or alternative placement.
