Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert raw incoming files (product structures, materials records, order files) into our standard templates, ensuring all template rules are followed accurately.

  • Validate each template prior to upload by checking for missing fields, duplicate lines, incorrect part numbers, and format issues. Correct or flag any discrepancies before the data is uploaded into the system.

  • Upload validated templates into the system and ensure all records are accurately captured by verifying row counts and conducting spot checks against the source files.

  • Maintain a detailed step log for every file, including details of received files, changes made and reasons, decisions taken, time spent, and any blockers encountered. This log will support future automation development.

  • Log system issues and template failures in a shared tracker with sufficient details to enable issue reproduction and resolution.

  • Identify and report recurring data quality patterns on a weekly basis (e.g., frequently missing fields, recurring format issues).

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems/MIS, Data Science & Analytics, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Digitalization/Automation-focused Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering or in a relevant field.

  • Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering and sorting, IF logic, deduplication, and text-to-columns functions.

  • Strong data accuracy skills with the ability to work precisely with repetitive details such as part numbers, quantities, and codes.

  • Ability to document processes clearly by creating step-by-step instructions that can be easily followed by others.

  • Structured thinking skills with the ability to understand end-to-end workflows and explain the purpose of each step.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to raise blockers early, report issues clearly, and take ownership of mistakes.
