Job Description Summary
We have an opening for an Intern (Talent Acquisition & Development).
Job Description
In this capacity, the Intern (Talent Acquisition & Development) will:
- Assist with summer associate work allocation assignment system (upload final work product; ensure complete and accurate work records);
- Assist with event logistics for training programs and social events (prepare and track invitations; confirm catering orders, room setup, partner with in-house support services to coordinate summer program training materials etc.);
- Assist, set-up, and coordinate callback interview logistics and correspondence (utilize the firm’s recruiting database portal page, prepare interview day logistics etc.); and
- Update candidate statuses in recruiting database; track and assist with candidate follow-up efforts.
Proficiencies:
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task;
- Must have positive attitude and be a team player;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (preferred); and
- Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment (preferred).
