Position Overview:
The Intern, Ticket Sales will assist the Senators Ticket Sales team with game-day and sales operations. This role offers a behind-the-scenes look at a professional baseball team while providing hands-on experience in ticket sales, client services, event management, and ticket operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enthusiastic about a career in ticket sales, and ready to contribute to a fun and memorable fan experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with ticket sales support, including box office transactions, ticket distribution, answering inbound calls, and supporting outreach to local businesses.
• Assist with servicing group outings and hospitality spaces, ticket office needs, and other fan-facing game-day operations.
• Support the execution of fan experiences, including Team of Dreams, High Five Tunnel, pregame performances, and national anthem groups.
• Help manage the Season Ticket Exchange Program and Ballpark Pass inventory.
• Attend community events, stadium events, and team meetings as needed.
• Deliver strong customer service and support the Ticket Sales team with additional duties as assigned to contribute to a successful season.
