Program Options:
- Float to 4 McLeod Hospital locations = $50/hr.; minimum of 12 hour shift every 6 weeks.
- Float to 6 McLeod Hospital locations = $55/hr.; minimum of 24 hours every 6 weeks.
- Long Term Assignment = work at least 1 assignment every 6 months; $35/hr. plus $1,080 stipend each week. Must live 50 miles or greater from the assigned facility to qualify for this option.
- Long Term Assignment= work at least 1 assignment every 6 months; $65/hr. Must live 50 miles or greater from the assigned facility to qualify for this option
Compensation: Shift differentials are accrued on top of base hourly rates listed above.
- Evening 3p-11p = $1.50/hr.
- Nights 11p-7a = $6.00/hr.
- Weekend begins Friday 3p to Monday 7a = $4.00/hr.
Candidates must have 2 years current RN experience.
