Internal Audit Financial Crime and Conduct Manager
You will lead the global financial crime and conduct audit program, assess controls across AML/CFT, sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption, market integrity, and conduct risk, manage audit engagements, validate remediation, lead audit teams, and report findings to senior stakeholders, committees, and regulators.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial crime compliance audits
- Audit AML/CFT, sanctions, and anti-bribery controls
- Assess conduct and market integrity controls
- Perform risk assessments
- Design and execute control testing
- Shape multi-year audit plans
- Apply generative AI and data analytics to audits
- Lead audit engagements from planning through reporting
- Document findings and root causes
- Draft workpapers and reports
- Track and validate issue remediation
- Improve audit methodologies
- Ensure conformance with IIA standards
- Lead engagement teams
- Coordinate co-sourced resources
- Communicate audit results and control recommendations
- Present findings to senior stakeholders and committees
- Support regulatory examinations
- Monitor financial crime typologies and regulatory guidance
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in internal audit or financial crimes compliance
- Financial services experience
- Experience auditing financial crime compliance programs
- Multi-jurisdiction experience
- Understanding of AML and sanctions risks
- Understanding of anti-bribery and corruption
- Understanding of conduct and market integrity risk
- Experience executing audits end-to-end
- Ability to assess control design and operating effectiveness
- Experience communicating findings to senior stakeholders
- Audit team leadership experience
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
- CAMS, CIA, CFE, or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with crypto or fintech financial crime typologies
- Familiarity with AuditBoard or Workiva
