About the Role
Neveah Limited is seeking an Internal Audit Officer to support the review of financial, operational, and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to company policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review financial, operational, and compliance processes for adherence to policies and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify internal control weaknesses.
- Perform internal audits and special investigations.
- Review accounts receivable, accounts payable, and ledger postings.
- Conduct inventory and cash count verifications.
- Review procurement, logistics, and stock management processes.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Present audit findings to management and follow up on corrective actions.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in auditing, accounting, or internal control.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- ICAN, CISA, CFE, or CIA membership is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal auditing standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
