What you'll do
- Participate in the re-evaluation of costs and the review of project budgets.
- Monitor the construction budget, comparing forecasts with actual execution costs.
- Analyze costs, margins, and deviations, identifying potential risks and proposing corrective measures.
- Coordinate the economic monitoring of the project with the Site Manager and the production team.
- Review and perform the economic monitoring of construction contracts, subcontracting, and suppliers.
- Evaluate the economic impact of contractual conditions, including prices, penalties, and execution milestones.
