Description:JOB DESCRIPTION Internal IT Support Specialist (H/F) Who You'll Join At CAP4 LAB, you will join an international and entrepreneurial technology consulting firm operating across Europe, Central America, and China. We help organizations accelerate their digital transformation through expertise in APIs, data, cloud, and AI. As an Internal IT Support Specialist, you will ensure the smooth operation, security, and performance of our internal IT environment while supporting employees across our Luxembourg and France offices. Your Responsibilities Deliver a Seamless Employee Experience ● Prepare and configure IT equipment for new employees. ● Manage the full user account lifecycle across internal systems and platforms. ● Deploy and maintain MDM solutions to secure and manage company devices. Maintain a Reliable and Secure Infrastructure ● Monitor, maintain, and improve network performance, security, and infrastructure. ● Analyze system logs, troubleshoot incidents, and implement updates when required. ● Support the continuous improvement of our IT environment and processes. Strengthen Security and Compliance ● Manage physical access controls, badges, and employee access rights. ● Conduct regular access reviews and audits. ● Implement and enforce internal IT and security policies. Manage IT Assets and Tools ● Oversee the full lifecycle of IT hardware, software, and licenses. ● Maintain accurate inventories and documentation. ● Track key IT metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
