About the role
Vision Radiology Group is a rapidly growing, multi-brand diagnostic imaging organisation operating across multiple states (VIC, QLD, NSW, SA). As we've scaled, an internal IT capability has become essential. We'll continue working closely with our external IT provider. Based at our Mulgrave head office, we're looking for our first internal IT Systems Administrator to work hand-in-hand with our external team while owning day-to-day systems support across our clinics.
What you'll do
Manage and support core radiology systems, including InteleViewer (PACS) and Kestral (RIS)
Provide frontline and escalated IT support across multiple clinics and states
Work closely alongside our external IT provider as an integrated team
Maintain network, hardware, user access and security infrastructure
Coordinate with third-party vendors on systems and connectivity
Support onboarding, system rollouts and new site setups as we grow
Troubleshoot imaging workflow and connectivity issues
What you'll need
Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience with InteleViewer and Kestral (essential)
Solid IT systems administration background, ideally in healthcare or radiology
Strong troubleshooting skills across networks, hardware and clinical software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a multi-site environment
Excellent communication skills for supporting clinical and non-clinical staff
Willingness to travel between sites as required
