• Join a collaborative team of five providers.
• Schedule: Full Time; Clinic hours are 7am-5pm M-F.
• Call structure: No call
• Practice setting: Outpatient
• Access to on-site lab and radiology
• Various specialties available
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system
• Obtain patient history and perform assessment via observation, interview and examination. Order, perform and interpret diagnostic studies.
• Perform preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations and patient care. Counsel and educate patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options and community resources.

• Required Credential(s):
  • One or more of the following:
    • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Preferred Credential(s):
  • Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
